Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and internationally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@casainko.com for assistance with your order.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are shipped during weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details (if available).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to ensure you get your order in a timely manner:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) – Free on orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) – $7.99

  • Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day) – $19.99

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping: For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

  • Delivery Times: International shipping typically takes between 7-21 business days, depending on the country. Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.

    • Expedited and Overnight shipping are available for additional fees, as noted above.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs will vary based on the destination. The shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address when completing your order. Casainko is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@casainko.com to correct it before we process your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or if it is returned to us because of failure to collect from your local carrier, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a store credit.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Freight Forwarders.

  • Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or the nature of the product. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you directly for alternatives or a refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
